In July 2020 RAISE Youth Romania will launch the Online Digital Camp that will take place from July to November. The training sessions for more than 500 NEETs will use tools such as Zoom, Facebook and WhatsApp in order to provide the best possible experience for youth included in the program in time of Covid-19.

General digital skills (July – August)

The 1st month is dedicated to general digitals skills training sessions, taking place with 500 Romanian NEETS (20 groups of 25 participants each). During one-month time, each participant will benefit from 3 training sessions (2 hours/session), therefore all participants will receive a minimum of 8 hours of online digital skills training, complemented by personalized on-going assistance and support offered upon request, every week day from 10:00 to 16:00.

Digital skills applied to the sustainable farming sector (August – September)

The 2nd month will focus on training sessions dedicated to digital skills applied to the sustainable farming sector. Minimum 300 Romanian NEETs will receive 8 hours of online & face-to-face training on the use of different digital technologies in sustainable farming.

Digital skills applied to the sustainable farming sector (September – October)

The 3rd month will be dedicated to digital skills applied to the sustainable farming sector. Minimum 200 Romanian NEETs will receive 8 hours of online & face-to-face training on the use of different digital technologies in the sector of rural ecotourism.

The on-going personalized follow-up & assistance program

The on-going personalized follow-up & assistance program will be offered to all participating NEETs (500) during the entire period of the DIGITAL CAMP and last until the end of November, covering the first 2 months of Demo Centres’ implementation as well. In order to better connect to our target groups, tools such as Zoom, Facebook and WhatsApp will be used and a special Facebook group will be created for the day to day personalized assistance. At the end of the DIGITAL skills CAMP, all participating NEETs will have their profile filled in and active on the ROMANIAN NEETs online platform http://neets-romania.ro/ and will know how to use this tool in order to promote themselves onto the labour market.
